Cost: $750 (Racine, WI) 

$99 Registration Fee, 50% Due 2 weeks before class, balance due 3 days before class starts. Money is non-refundable but, is transferable. 5p-9p Monday- Friday, 4 week course. 

 

   During this course we will cover:

 • Phlebotomy Certification

 • ASPT Exam (upon successful completion of course)

 • Learn How to draw blood

 • Reading lab requisition form

 • Learn Standard Safety Precautions 

 • Learn Venipuncture with Vacutainers,     Butterflies, and Syringes

 • Some Medical Terminology

 • Capillary Sticks

 • Finger and Heel Sticks

 • Centrifuge Operation

 • Order of Draw

 • What Test tubes are used and additives

 • Special Procedures

 • How to draw Infants

 • How to draw children

 

There will be bonus material which will cover places you are not allowed to draw from and places that aren’t normally taught for draws. This will help you in the hospital setting.
